Located in the Urbanization La Cornisa, a few meters from the famous restaurant Can Bruguera, this spectacular house is available at 4 winds.
In this urbanization, the best houses in the city were built in the early 70’s. Unlike other developments in the same area, in “La Cornisa” it is the town hall itself that is responsible for the maintenance of streets, sewers, lighting, etc. No community fees. That is why the state of it has nothing to do with that of the other adjacent urbanizations.
